McDonald’s Spending €500 Million To Bring ‘Restaurant of the Future’ To Germany


The Golden Arches are about to get a little more golden in Germany as McDonald’s has announced a €500 million ($557 million) initiative to remodel its locations into the ‘restaurant of the future’.

Modeled after the company’s flagship German store in the Frankfurt airport, the renovated restaurants will take on a more modern design all around, including the kitchen, ordering process, dining area and even a children’s area with games and digital offerings.
